Rice, a photo artist, his practice gravitates on the interplay of memory and technology. His exploration delves into the fluidity of memory and its interaction with the digital superposition of the image. This has lead Rice to research into perception and its distortion due to physical limitations of photography. Through experimental techniques, Rice establishes a compelling visual conversation. Using poetry to underpin his exploration between ‘the original’, ‘the memory’ and ‘the digital born image’. |
